I bought a product at this store I usually go to and I always have a great experience. However, I was told that the item that I got could be returned as long as it wasn’t opened. It had not been damaged or opened and when I returned it two days after, the staff that assisted me was not there. All the staff members including the manager and owner of the store said I could not returned it or even get store credit. I am a dissatisfied customer when normally I like it there. This was a bad experience today.
The staff is real helpful and pleasant. I also get discounts with my phone number.
No customer service they say exchange only no refund but nothing about not exchanging eyelashes I am within the 14 days of an exchange and they refused to do it I travel and didn't realize it was the wrong lashes until later on that day but I was already on the east coast this store is around the corner from me and I used to love coming here but i will drive far and to a different one instead from now on and OWNER you can delete me from your rewards program thank you. If you can't do exchanges then male a sign or train your employees to tell us
There are so many beauty supply stores on this street and I choose this one first because of the buyer rewards program and absolutely delightful black manager who goes out of her way to find what you need. Shame on me for not getting her name.
The store is fully stocked and items are easily found. If you need help, the employees are eager to help. The associates are knowledgeable and professional.
