Great service. Try the dip powder polish, it makes your nails grow and harden!

I usually don't write reviews but I had to share because this was truly a horrible experience. This was the worst nail place I have ever been to. The staff were very unfriendly and did not provide a lotion massage rather "lotion was provided in a wet towel". When I asked for a regular lotion massage, the staff screamed at me and compensated by briskly massaging my leg for 5 seconds, leaving lotion residue all over my legs. Throughout the appointment the staff members were rude, condescending, and unfriendly. You could not pay me to go there again. It was a terrible experience and a rip-off for your money.

The salon was nice looking and seemed very clean... unfortunately the manicure and pedicure weren't great.

I came here about 4 times within the past year. It's a nice salon but overall, a weird atmosphere. Today I came in around 10:15, no appointment. I asked for Anthony and they said he's only available for appointments only. No biggie. Then the two ladies proceeded to tell me that they can only do my pedicure and not my manicure because they had a appointments coming in. As I was getting my pedicure done, one of them received a walk in, took her right away. I'm still sitting her right now letting my toes dry and I still have yet to see either one of their appointments walk in. Yet my nails still need done. If they didn't want to service me I would have left! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! THEY'RE RUDE AND LAZY!

I love this nail spa! I've been coming here for over two years! I'm very picky when it comes to my nails, but I always leave satisfied!

One of my nails broke The same day of service and another broke The very next day. I believe it may have had something to do with the fact that the lady could not glue the plastic tips on correctly, and frankly didn't do much to fix it. She just put a little bit of acrylic over it And left it. I am not hard on my hands ... as a matter fact I was just scratching my head when They broke.
UPDATE: I went back today and they took great care of me. Fixing all of the issues. Thank you Vivian...they look awesome!!!

After several years of going to this place, I will never return. About a week ago, The fellow who did my acrylic nails rushed through my manicure and did a poor job, because the girl who does the pedicures was late, and customers were waiting. Even worse, he TOLD (not asked) me how long my nails were going to be, and scolded me like a child in a very rude manner, when my hands weren't "relaxed" enough. Now I have to go to another manicure place and spend more money, to have these impractically long talons cut down. He also did a poor job painting them, I came home and repainted my nails. WORST OF ALL, he scraped my wedding rings with a nail file while he was filing, and I have to file a claim on my ring being damaged. Don't waste your money.

I wanted to try this place out due to the poor experience that I had at the nail salon on the other side of the plaza, however they're owned by the same company!

No prices listed anywhere - pedicure was $28 which is a fair price, however a gel manicure was $35...

I've been getting my nails done for years and this by far was the highest price I've ever paid and the biggestest rip off.

On a positive note the man that assisted was nice.

They scam people with conflicting pricing! Zero customer service. Very rude manager. Services are sub par.

Would be nice if they actually know who they hire. I know this guy from A Crafton salon. Andy is a convicted child molester!!! Don't believe me ask Lee in Crafton..
He is working with teenagers and children!! How is this even legal??
