came in for quote to build garage in April, came back in month later still can't get quote call week later still no quote my garage is now complete! !bought all lumber from carter's it's now July and lumber jack never called me with any quote, really? is lumber jack too busy? I think not!

I had storage there at their Rail-Side mini-storage for two years. They seemed like nice people - but they are excruciatingly unorganized. (Or is it just oblivious???) I had to move out of Michigan in May to try to find work in Florida. I gave them my address in May, when I left. I told them I was moved out. My rental unit was empty, the lock was off. All systems were go, all they had to do was re-rent. The first few times I called to see where my deposit was, they said I had to come in and pick up my refund. I reminded them I was 1400 miles away and had ALREADY given them my address. They wrote it down again. 3 1/2 months, six phone calls and about four times giving them my Florida address and NOTHING. Not even a phone call. Apparently if you can't go in to "pick up your deposit" in person they get to keep it. This is the worst customer service I have seen in a long time. This is theft and indifference. Every dollar counts right now and I am LIVID. Micki L, unit 10-G.
