  Luisa Graff Jewelers is the best jeweler in town. I enjoy browsing their estate selection often, because there’s always something unique that calls my name. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff, especially April, is friendly and helpful. Don’t forget to make a wishlist while you’re there for all the gift givers in your life!

  After interviewing three prominent jewelers, I chose to take estate pieces to Luisa Graff Jewelers. Janette worked with me to remake two rings which were restored to perfect condition. One was over 75 years old. Heirloom pieces. Stunning. She also took gold cuff links and under her leadership turned them into lever back earrings. Finally, Janette’s expertise, creativity, and innovative approach resulted in two custom “sister” gold thumb rings that were inspired by my mother’s emeralds and diamonds.   If you are investing in quality jewelry, trust L.G. to offer you a beautiful selection. The staff educates you and shows you examples of all levels of gems. They do not rush you in your selection of which gem suits you the best. Our gem advocate (Amy S.) helped with each step of the design. She was amazing. I certainly appreciated her patience. They take the time to understand what your expectations are for the end results. After getting to know me a little better, Amy S. was able to suggest a design for my ring and band that took my breath away.

  Love that as soon as you walk in you are greeted and are able to directly start your search for what you are looking for. Staff is very friendly and was able to pick out exactly what I wanted for the price range I was looking to spend. I was there for about an hour and a half and walked out happy and confident with my purchase. I will be back in the future!

  Excellent customer service. Listened to what I was looking for and steered me in the right direction without any upward sales pressure. Was able to find the piece I had envisioned in my mind. Very satisfied. Would recommend.
