Got a tow, fast and professional.
On time n very helpful
Fast response to open my vehicle
Courteous, prompt and friendly customer service :)
The operators don’t know how to do there job seriously worst service ever..
The secretaries and office workers are a 0. My first time there, my insurance payed for every expense yet they tried charging me $1000.00 extra. I asked, "What is the reason for the additional charge?", they told me because an ambulance was present at the crash. I told them no ambulance was needed. The office assistant left and then return telling me, because the police was involved. Again I explained no police was involved. She left one more time and came back saying I was not the policy holder. I showed them my ID and they still insisted. So I called my AAA insurance to fix that issue.

My second time attempting to require their services. Afterwork, I left the keys inside my work truck and so I called them The person that received the call answered within the first ring. I explained the situation, and she said there was one other person on the line before me. I waited. I was on hold for 21 minutes until my phone died.

Even after these bad experiences with office workers their towing truck workers are amazing. They are friendly and open to conversations.
I had to get my car towed from my college so I called Triple A and they routed me to them. They sent a truck driver named Ron to come and tow my car. Ron was extremely nice and even recommended some restaurants to me when I had mentioned a ramen shop I liked back home as we were talking. I have never been in a tow truck before, but he made me feel comfortable.
Beware! Not AAA approved--false advertising. Petty ripoff attempt on a $550 service job. When called on it, rather than check out the situation, apologize and rectify, the service advisor, Lonni Rhinehart, became instantly defensive in a measly, passive way. Subsequently, his boss became openly hostile & aggressive; they would not even check out the problem. Just shut up & pay then u might be ok, but beware if u question your bill.
Disappointing cuz most of their tow truck drivers have been great to me over the years. I have only had one bad Lugo's driver. Coincidentally, the problem tow was for this job--an omen I should not have ignored. After going to the wrong address, the driver tried to provide an excuse why he could not tow my car. He eventually went ahead with the tow but griped the entire time. Turns out, the company KNEW he was a problem employee. Anyway, at least Shawntel, the asst. service advisor, was great.
Irony: they called me to survey their service quality. Why bother? In the future I'll just recycle their auto service mailers. I wish I had read all the Yelp reviews first. I didn't because of previous good roadside emergency assistance & the AAA endorsement. I can only assume AAA doesn't know about Lugo's Jekyll and Hyde approach to customer service. (I'll tell them.) Then again, maybe with Lugo . . .
good treatment depends on who u know.
The only CSAA recommended auto repair facility that provides a 10% AAA Discount.
Waited over an hour and no call back. Called another towing company, 20min they arrived. Screw these people.
Alex was so great! He came quickly and helped explain what was wrong with my car. Super friendly and sweet! I'll deffiently be calling them if I have an issue
so far so good. my rating might chsnge afyer work is done.
Was very timely in driving to where we were stranded, towed us to their shop, had plenty of room in the tow truck for 3 adults n the pets.
They came on time but blocked the drive where people pull in to park, the driver did a good quick job taking the tire off but was rude to the man who came to take my tire to be fixed. A little kindness goes a long way and he could have parked parallel to me and still gotten the job done. Otherwise OK service.
