Great public library. Helpful staff, great programs for kids and adults. Nice rooms for groups to use. Grounds are nice too. Right across from a large park, and near everything in town.

I love the Lowell Public Library because there very helpful and very clean. It makes me feel happy that they have such great book to read. Most of the time that I come there they have new books and I always look at then new books to see if there are books that I like. I love the young adult program it so much fun and yesterday it was July 6 and they were pulling names and i won. I just love it there they always have a lot of places to sit down and look at a magazine and or read some books.

Very clean, very quiet, great librarians to help you with any task. The selection overall could be updated in the almost every section. Seems to have the same books from the day it opened and only rarely has new books compared to other libraries.
