  Lowe's sucks!! That trip was a waste of time. You can't use your credit card without a pin # but of course they don't tell you till your at the check out and your card has already went through. The cashier was to busy talking to another employer at that same time as well. Check out #14!! Get this the only way for this to be posted is you have to press a star (My # is 0)

  Our store experience was exceptional! Tom, store manager, was so friendly and focused on making sure that we were getting the best deal on our purchases. Tom made our day .....he's, obviously, store manager for a very good reason! Kudos to you, Tom, you're truly an asset to the employee staff at Loew's! We would, also, like to give a shout out to Camara!   We used to go to the other home improvement store in Elyria but whenever we needed assistance we either couldn't find any associates, were told that it wasn't their department or were only helped reluctantly. At Lowe's, 9/10 associated are very helpful and you can almost always find someone to help you. On our most recent trip, we got some retaining stones for our new fire pit and we had 3 guys help us load it up. Will always goes to Lowe's from now on.

  Pretty nice. This was the first big box hardware store in the area. Also, the first to start putting family hardware stores out of buisness. Oh well, that's in the past. Long live corporations.

  Been here a few times and the staff is always rude, disinterested and has no idea what theyre talking about. Yesterday I tried to have glass cut but the guy honest to God didnt know how to read the measurements on the tape across the cutter. After I showed him how, he gave it a try and then tried to give me a couple of chipped, cracked, and wildly uneven pieces that couldnt have been used for anything. Terrible.

  Lowe's is the worst store for inventory, drive 30min away from one Lowe's and they do not stock the same inventory or they don't carry it, fed up with ever going there, and on top of it I use to buy all my greenlee electrical tools at Lowe's and they no longer sell those, the sell a cheap off brand that is garbage, might as well call the store harbor freight.
