  This was the absolute worse experience ever! I purchased instock product so that it would be a quicker install. 2 months late it is still not installed. I have been given the run around with the installers 4 different times. Rescheduled each time and then on the day of installation, a call comes that they can't come and I will need to reschedule. Ridiculous service on installation!!!! Horrible. If I could give no stars I would.

  The store is well organized, clean and the products on the shelves are in order. I have found the employees to be friendly and helpful. I pass another Lowes store to go to this one.

  Purchased a samsung washer under recall. Caught in a battle between manufactuer and retailer about who should handle the return. I was treated respectfully by samsung. I was lied to by the asst store manager at lowes and treated with disrespect and distain. Lowes has lost a customer for life

  I go often. When it's comes to customer service it's hit or miss. I just know what I am going to get and if I have a question I have to be patient. That's life. They always take care of veterans. Thank you.

  While waiting in line to check out with over $500 in merchandise ms.Betsy decides to turn her light off and send the 5 customers in her line to the line that already has several people in it. There were only 2 registers open at that time. When i made mention that home depot has the same items for sale she just smiled and walked away. Home depot will now get my business. If you don't wanna do your job please don't show up for work.
