    I don't understand I keep going to the store in Tullahoma don't care for the empolyes there they don't care. I Love the store in Shelbyville and Huntsville employee are very helpful there both 5***** Wish corporate Lowe's would do something about the Tullahoma store the management and employees a terrible they avoid you cut down other alse, you look I ask someone.else about service in the store and they also said the Tullahoma store empolyers SUCKS at customer service they need new management.

    My husband and I visited your store in Tullahoma, TN. on 1-17-2018. We were looking for floor covering for a remodel project. Of course you have to have a member of the stores team to advance the rack for you to view, after looking for a red vested person we saw one and asked for help. He came over and started advancing the rack for us to view, then the loudspeaker started saying something I don't know what because I was conversing with my husband on the floor covering that we were looking at. So the young man that was suppose to be helping us said he had to go that he was the manager and had to answer that call and he would send a girl back to wait on us. Needless to say no-one showed up to help us. So sirs we left our cart with merchandise sitting right there and promptly left your store. You need to retrain your employees on customer service. Unless there was a store emergency we should have received the service that most stores deliver.

    Mostly helpful staff. Young cashier working there who doesn't pay attention, though. I specifically told her I wanted to put my phone number in for my warranty, and watched her skip right past the prompt when it came up. She just said "Oh, sorry. You can bring this receipt in, though." When I said something. Now I have to file this receipt and hope I don't lose it should something go wrong.

    Associates Dawn, and Hope, we're awesome. I wanted two indoor outdoor carpets, there was only one, so Dawn took up one she had on display, and one of the managers gave me 10% off! Thanks so much!!!! Mel

    99.99% of the time we go to Lowe's we find everything we need. It is rare that we don't. Plus the employees are nice and always willing to go the extra mile to help when we need it.

    I was looking for a specific tool box. I called store and got ahold of a sweet young lady ( Micayah ) she was very helpful. I told her what I was looking for and she went well beyond. She check her local area then outside the area, when she found it called me back and told me what she had found. Never done business with this store, but with people like ( Micayah) would gladly call or go there again. Great employee Thanks alot.

    Female Assistant manager was rude beyond words...Did not want to honor their advertised price match guarantee. I spend around $5000.00 per year there. Not anymore, I will take my money elsewhere. They need to retrain their management on how to handle customers. Customer service is defintely not their priority.
