Very easy from sales to financing. All employees involved were always working to make sure my family and I were taken care of from start to finish to make sure all involved were completely satisfied. Kevin Lee sales consultant was great to work with. Took the time to answer questions and was knowledgeable about the truck.

Will edit later if anything changes and when it comes to servicing the vehicle.

I love my new Chevy Cruze Premiere! I wouldn’t have drove it if I didn’t have such a great salesman as Brian! The atmosphere was very comfortable and welcoming and very open for the options, and with Brian’s help I found the perfect car for the perfect price! Never going back to Ford, I love my Chevy!

The experience at Lou Bachrodt was great. We were welcomed and treated with respect and courtesy the entire time. Our salesman, Fil, was also very nice and courteous and listened to our needs and got us in the car we wanted. Patrick Bachrodt was also great to work with. We felt great from the new car buying experience at Lou Bachrodt. Thank you.

We purchased 2 vehicles from these guys. I am in vehicle sales as well so I can be a difficult customer. John, Patty, and the bigwigs in the tower of power treated us right both times. Good price on the new car, fair price on our trade, and a good rate on our financing made it a positive experience. They went above and beyond to make sure we were smiling when we left. Will be coming back for our next vehicle for sure.

Service is absolutely stupid after I bought my car the sales guy never followed up with any of his promises. On several occasions I’ve been in the service department for general maintenance, and they are no better. I was just in the other week for an oil change and asked them to look into a check engine light. They never checked the reason for the check engine light and just said it was the timing belt. I wasn’t very confident with there $750 guess and took it to another service location. Come to find out absolutely nothing was wrong with the timing belt and it was a completely different issue. I now officially have written off returning to Lou Bachrodt for any work or services. I have advised all my friends and coworkers to steer clear of this “business”. If I could give less than one star I would.

My recent experience with Lou Bachrodt was exceptional. From my sales representative, Kevin, all the way to manager, Roland, I had top notch service. They were professional, kind AND FUN! PlusI got a great deal AND I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new Buick Encore!

I purchased my vehicle new from Lou Bachrodt in 2014. I have not had a bad experience until now. I took my car for an oil change and tire rotation. When I picked the car up the next day, I turned it on and immediately received a "Low PSI" warning. They took it back in and found a hole in one of my tires. I had no issues prior to bringing my car in. I told them I should not be expected to pay for 2 brand new tires, as this happened while the vehicle was on their property and under their care. I was told there was nothing they could do about it. I will not be returning to this facility for anything further. Poor customer service and lack of responsibility.

Their service department does not communicate clearly. After much confusion they were trying to sell me on $1500 of repairs after pitching me a much lower "diagnostic fee" with some routine things. When I was expecting about $500 it tripled. This isn't the first time with this organization but the first time at this location.
Their service is very slow, they communicate poorly. Do not expect callbacks in the time frames they state.
I suppose if you only work with new vehicles and are comfortable paying whatever they want for what the computer says your car needs you're fine here. If you have a used vehicle: stay clear.
The staff is good, the management of this place has been consistently terrible.

Thrilled with my car and my experience! I can't recommend Brandon Campbell enough for a salesperson - he's knowledgeable, friendly, funny and more helpful than any car salesperson I've ever encountered. When I called with questions, he had answers. When I couldn't call from work, he replied to my texts. Even after I purchased my car, he was there to help me out. I did a lot of research on car prices before I purchased here and honestly feel that I got a fantastic deal and, to top it all off, I got an excellent finance rate. I prefer to support local businesses when I can and this place is great. Thank you Brandon and Patti for helping me buy my new car!

Andy and Brian hooked us up with a BEAUTIFUL! GMC Acadia that is LOADED with features. Everything we wanted (and a bunch more we didn't even know we wanted until we saw it). Ask for either of these guys and you will leave happy!

I worked with Brian to purchase my car. I was approved by Capital one and was able to access Capital one's auto navigator site which indicated how much my interest rate and monthly payment amount would be, however the finance department quoted me a much higher price. When I was given the first quote, Brian could tell me what the interest was. He later came back and told me that there were able to get my interest rate down to 6% however the capital one auto navigator app said it was 4.74%. They kept trying to get me to pay more money down. The next day I contacted capital one and I was told that the dealership provided them with the wrong VIN number. I contacted Brian and asked him to resubmit offer to capital one, but he told me that the financing department wouldn't do it unless I came in with a down payment. This upset me so I decided to take my business elsewhere. The next day I let Brian know how I felt and he did what he could to resubmit the offer to capital one. This time I was informed that my interest rate would be 4.74%. The prices on the vehicles were misleading and so was my sales rep. I did purchase the car, but I wouldn't recommend this dealership to others.

Follow up: I received a follow-up call from Brian which was pleasant. He was apologetic and I really appreciated the call. He asked if his GM (Larry Newman) could call me the next day to follow up and I said that was okay, however that call did not go so well. He was rude, constantly interrupting me and tried deflecting blame. Towards the end of the call I suggested that in the future they provide customers with upfront information about their interest rates. He kept trying to tell me that my interest rate was 6% in the beginning and magically came down to 4.74% despite the fact that Capital One had informed me from the beginning that my interest rate was 4.74% nothing had changed from the first offer to the second. ( and Brian said the Vin numbers didn't make a difference in the price because they were the exact same car's). I guess my constructive criticism upset him and he begin a shouting match with me which resulted in me ending the conversation. I have never had anyone call me to argue about a review. Larry if you're reading this please never ever contact me again. I will say again I did appreciate Brian's apology and he was accountable.

Sam Ferrille was GREAT! He worked very hard to get us into the car we wanted. I was very please. We have purchased our last 4 cars from Lou Bachrodt and our son purchased his car from you guys too. We have been extremely happy with both sales and service! I would definitely send my friends and family to you guys! Thanks for another great buying experience.

My experience at Lou Bachrodt was great!! I really wasn't expecting to come out with a vehicle, Boy was I wrong. Not only did I get a SUV that I love, my dealer Al Luna got me a great deal. He was very patient, friendly and accommodating. I'd recommend shopping for a new or used vehicle here.

Go to Mike Fisher if you want a good deal on a used car. He is very honest and goes out of his way to make sure you get what you paid for. He is easy to talk to and there is no high pressure to buy. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. Thanks Mike for all the help. It was a pleasure dealing with you.
