HORRIBLE! I walk into the store and am immediately harassed by hungry salesmen. I liked the renovation but in the past month the employees have gotten worse. Every ten seconds I'm asked if I needed help. I like to shop alone. Then after a while I am continually bothered by the same employees who are obviously only concerned about their own sales.

Best experience ever in the shoe department..the young lady Alex aka Lexie was such a Gem of a person, she gave my friend and I the best experience, she went above and beyond to find us the perfect shoes

came to buy two suits during their menswear sale. the clerk checking us out incorrectly rung us out three times. 4th time was the charm. they keep blaming the new computer system whether or not this is the case is irrelevant. we've spent more than 30 minutes trying to pay for these god forsaken suits. actually he just gave an additional $50 off for our troubles. still not happy i wasted so much time but the men's dept redeemed itself.

Haven't been here in years! Literally 20 plus, easily! Last time, I felt almost intimidated; this time was a surprising pleasure! All department sales staff were very helpful; loved having an author greet us at the top of the 2nd fl. escalator and chatting about his book. If Lord and Taylor could tweak the set-up, lounge, rest areas a bit, I feel as though their inspired reputation could support people of all walks of life!

The employees are almost always nice and helpful but the store is always a messy disaster. Even though the place was re-done, it still seems to be a cluttered mess. Not simply mis-sorted and picked through clothes piles, but simply laid out in an unattractive manner. I am a see-grab-go shopper but this isn't the place to go if that's your style of shopping.

I went to this Lord and Taylor with my mom earlier today and had an awful experience with a sales associate and in particular their handbag selection. First of all, they shouldn't be so pushy. This particular woman followed me all around the store and was commenting on handbags saying that a "grandma" would wear it and so forth on other ones. Look lady, if you want to make a sale you shouldn't be pushing the customer away from the product. That is horrible customer service. Plus, she shouldn't care what I think because I'm the one buying it not her. She should be fired. So if I like the product and want it, I will buy it no matter what other people think.

Seems like their is always a sale here. Unfortunately they have been renovating and it has been taking up space. Hopefully it will be done soon as it is a very nice place to shop. Lots of selection and great prices.
