I've only been in once but I really liked this place a lot! It reminded me of so many stores like it that you find in the south and I felt really at home. Lots of clothing, accessories. and boots for men, women, and children scattered with many other interesting finds and if you ride horses they'll get you geared up.

Very bad service no one knows whats going on and wouldnt take there own discount piece paper that dosnt expire till june will never buy my western things here again will shop else wear

I've never had boots before and I went in the store expecting good service but I didn't I had outstanding service!!! The woman was very very helpful with helping me pick a pair of boots!!

Great shopping experience buying stuff to get ready for county and state fair! They are the best, those folks in there!! Put together an awesome goody bag for the Best Groomed Horse at the Jackson County Fair Horse and Pony Show 9n Thursday! !

Best western storm in the midwest!!! They have so much more than just western wear. I was shocked at how much they offer including being able to special order boots and clothes. They even do leather repair work which is great. They relaced my softball glove for me!!! Very impressed with the friendly service.

Love the store...but on google says the store is open for HOURS after the store actually is. It's not going to stop me from shopping here but will make me skeptical about how often I come.

was going to head up there this weekend since I'd be in Dubuque, looking for a pair of boots. Saw the review regarding the ADA issue. This place is not where I want to spend my $$$$, reviews work, don't understand businesses that don't get that. I'll shop elsewhere. A letter of apology, seriously! How about inviting her back and treating her with some respect.

They have an amazing selection of everything. So many items to choose from. I was really happy with their service. I bought a pair of Hondo boots but they sized me wrong due to something that has to deal with the boot (not their fault). My boots were giving me major foot pain due to being too small. They worked with me and helped me out to make sure I was happy. Tried stretching the boots a couple of times but that didn't work. Eventually they swapped me out for a bigger size, which was so awesome of them to do. They didn't have to do that at all. My feet feel great, the boots fit awesome, and I have even more appreciation for that family run store than I did when I first visited. They will continue to have my business!
