Roger has lived in the communities where he specializes, including Longboat Key, Bird Key, Lido Key, Siesta Key and Sarasota. He was on the original sales team for many local neighborhoods.

With over $1 BILLION in career property sales, Roger has been a consistent top producing agent. For the eighth time in ten years, Roger has been named as: #1 Realtor on Longboat Key and Bird Key, #1 Realtor for all of Sarasota and Manatee counties and #1 Single Coldwell Banker agent for all of Florida. In 2017 Roger sold a Sarasota County record $105.4 million of residential real estate. He was ranked among the top 250 agents in the country for 2014, 2016 and 2017 by REAL Trends as reported in the Wall Street Journal.

He continues this trend as a top producer and advertises every week with full-page color ads in the Observer. This weekly paper is the gold standard for print advertising in our area.

Roger is a consistent trailblazer for online marketing. He is a member of the international CyberStars organization (REALTORS using technology in their practice). Roger is the creator of the Pinnacle Group, a local networking affiliation of the top 15-20 agents in Sarasota. This group sells a large percentage of the luxury properties in Sarasota, and Roger is able to present his properties directly to this group. He is also a member of the Coldwell Banker Previews Top Agents, a gathering of the top Coldwell Banker agents from around the country (there are only two in Florida).

Roger believes strongly in reciprocating to the community which has given him so much. He is currently a board member of the Ringling Foundation, the West Coast Black Theatre Troupe and Southeastern Guide Dogs. He is a supporter of the Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, Sarasota Adopt a Family and Southside Elementary School.
