  From the minute I contacted Lone Star Challenge Coins, I was impressed with Corbin's responsiveness and willingness to work through the details of our order. I did not have a design in mind when we started, and their art department provided a great example to begin with. We went back and forth, and back and forth, until I had submitted a photo of our local Sierra mountain range, and they used that exact outline on our coin. I can't tell you how thrilled Management was with the draft artwork. The order arrived within two weeks, and there was an error. Corbin (once again) moved quickly to contact his overseas vendor, re-order the new product and I have no qualms about it arriving in time. I will always return to Lone Star Challenge Coins for our memorial coin purchases. Thank you so much.

  First off, thanks for your service to our Country Corbin!
  
  So we were under a very tight time constraint but wanted a coin for a big engineering meeting. Corbin suggested a die struck coin because that process was a bit quicker and just made sense for the time we had, as it was a little to the party idea. The coins arrived yesterday, 4 days early!, and they are fantastic! I can't wait for each one in our group to get one! We were so pleased!
  We will definitely be using Lone Star for a planned program to roll out company wide with an even better full color coin for each department.
  
  There are a LOT of coin sites out there but Lone Star was the quickest and most responsive of ANY contacted. Clearly the one with results.

  Excellent company. lightening fast customer service/interface response. Their art department is on the money and I received my challenge coins quickly and they exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend using Lone star.

  Working with Lone Star Challenge coins was a great experience. They made multiple changes to artwork & produced quickly.
  They also went out of their way to fix an order that was due to a miscommunication on both sides. Great customer service. i would highly recommend to anyone.

  The customer service was perfect. Corbin was super helpful in helping get my coin designed exactly the way I wanted. He never gave any resistance to my very picky requests for perfecting the proof. The order arrived within the time window they estimated. There were no hidden fees. When the product finally did arrive, I couldn't believe how perfect they turned out. So much detail in something so small. Truly remarkable. Thanks guys! If I ever need any of the products these guys offer again, I'm coming right back to Lone Star Challenge Coins.
