  One of the best spa to do your nails in DC! But not so much for your hair Avoid cut and blow dry. Not worth your money!

  Oggi is THE one for nails. She is expedient and careful and will take the time to experiment/explore colors that go with your skin. Do the shellac. You'll never go back.

  Go to Jillian, the stylist that works downstairs. She took me from brunette back to blonde and did amazing! Blonde is so easy to mess up
