Rather nice place. We didn't stay at the hotel but went to a banquet. We had to pay for parking at the hotel so I found a place on the street. This was the hardest part. The staff and food were good. 4 stars because I am trying to save 5 star reviews for the exceptional.

Great.Wow what a great hotel. Such a nice way to spend time near waterfront Annapolis. The price is almost half of what the hotel on the water front costs. It cost me $230 a night for a king bed room with two adults. The room over looked the court yard. The valet service is about $8 more than it is to park yourself. Parking costs about $20 a night. But there is a parking garage a block before the hotel that's a lot less expensive.

Upon our arrival, the staff was very nice and accommodating. The rooms are large and comfortable. They have a late night menu through 6am, which was perfect because my husband and love our late night snacks. Room service, was very nice as well, in addition to the valets. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great mini-vacation in Annapolis, Md, at this hotel. The hotel is on the route for the free bus that takes you around downtown Annapolis. This is great as parking is difficult in downtown Annapolis. The hotel is close to the historic Statehouse which is very worth visiting. The downtown area is so historic we are hoping to go back in the spring.

We left my car with the great valet Eddie, at the hotel, & took the free bus around downtown. We had two issues that arose, but management took care of it when notified.

It's young staff are friendly, but do need to learn more about downtown Annapolis and how to show empathy when a guest brings a concern to them. That being said, YES we will go back!

I wouldn't exactly say it's overall well managed. I did however get a very warm welcome from everyone including valet, front desk, and the at the restaurant by the sweetest hostess. An older woman with more style than anyone I've seen in the area. Very friendly and helpful. I certainly look forward to the hospitality upon my return.

Nice. No brkfst. Parking costs $$$. Great location, but you pay for it, and that's what we wanted. Glad we stayed there.

This place gets better and better. Bar with good food, lobster roll..friendly folk. Very cozy beds. Room service, limited late nite menu.

Meeting facilities are good. Room deco is up-to-date . Shampoo, lotion and conditioner are good quality. Bring your own slipper though if you don't like to step on carpet with bare feet. Most good hotels provide slippers but this one don't , not sure why.

The floor in the room was kind of worn and a little dirty, the tub didn't drain well at all, the towels shed like CRAZY, the room service salad was wilted and way overpriced, and the iron leaked water everywhere when I tried to use it. Other than that, it was a nice stay. Good things: The staff was courteous. Public areas were clean. Bedding was quite comfortable (worth 1+ stars by itself). Robes were provided. In-room kuireg (if you like that).

We ate at Baroak tonight and thought the crab cakes on the"new" menu were good. It was too humid and noisy to eat outside. We were the only customers inside on a quiet Wednesday night. The beer list is very long, and the wine list is okay too. There are happy hour specials and the Annapolis and Anne Arundel Visitor and Convention Bureau offers discount coupons for meals. The ambience is probably charming when the room is filled with happy diners.

I stayed here for 2 nights. Everything was excellent. It was right in town, an easy walk to a hundred different shops and restaurants. The hotel has a restaurant and bar, both of which were very good. If I'm ever back in Annapolis I would definitely stay here again.

It's a beautiful hotel, I did not see the rooms but the common areas were all beautifully decorated. Unfortunately it was scalding hot in the event and there were way too many people attending. Next time the hotel should have a few more areas off of the main walkways for guests to stop and chat with each other because it felt like a concert having to push past everyone. That has nothing to do with the hotel or it's service though. All employees I encountered were very friendly and professional. Just crank the AC next time!

Very accommodating services. We arrived early and valet held our bags while we went out on the town to kill time while our room was made ready. The room was exactly what you can expect from a hotel. Great stay. Would recommend to anyone

The walls are like paper. We are treated with a view of trash cans and a dumpster.
The bed is lumpy, has no mattress cover and the sheets seem dirty. We were provided 1 cup In which to make our coffee.
The adjoining room had about five people staying there. They were noisy all night.

Bottom line, this was a terrible experience.

It really doesn't even merit one star.
