This locksmith offers top-notch customer service. They arrived really fast and did the job well. The fact that they were available 24/7 came in very handy when I got locked out of my apartment late at night. The gentleman who arrived was really capable, and he assisted me in settling up right away. If you experience any problems, contact a locksmith immediately. They'll complete the task efficiently and correctly. I appreciate it.

Five-star service from Locksmith Dix Hills! I phoned the 24-hour dispatch, and I got a reply right away. The appointment was quick and simple to set up. My technician, David, was fantastic! really courteous and professional. He was competent and well-informed. Excellent experience! Definitely, I'll give them a call for future jobs.

I Can recommend locksmiths Dix hills enough! They are fantastic! They were so kind and quick with everything. Tony was my locksmith and he’s the best! He came so quickly, solved my issue in just a few minutes, and provided further information and recommendations. I’ll definitely use them in the future! Thank you Louis!

I found the Locksmiths Dix hills on Google and appreciated the great customer service experience when I spoke with Melissa over the phone. Upon arrival I was greeted with great customer service by Alejandro and Jordan. I was able to get two issues resolved at once. I came in for a replacement key fob since I broke mine and also had to get my car door cylinder replaced so my car key would work in the door. Jordan was very thorough in explaining and showing me the issue with my door. They did an awesome job 👏 and I will definitely refer customers and be back. Thanks so much Locksmiths Dix hills

Matt came out to do the work, he called and was prompt to arrive. The work turned out to be a bit more complex due to the age of the equipment (old Dix hills buildings), however Matt was patient and diligent. He made several adjustments to make it easier for my 82 year old mom. When everything was done, I was very pleased with the work, the ease of locking the door. He was very neat and clean. I would highly recommend Locksmith express and Matt.
