  Called at 4:45 Friday afternoon, it is now 5:20 and I am on the way home. AWSOME service. Other Fresno companies gave me service in a few days, Lock Masters did the job. Reprogrammed 2 keys to my new PCM. You guys rock!

  The mechanic came to my house, he was unprofessional because he keep living my car door open and his tools were everywhere in inside my car and drill o the floor outside my car, he was so incompetent that after 3 hrs had to take the part to his shop also he had to bring another mechanic to help him also the most anyone thing was that he try to give me another estimate and I pay two prices for to keys my door and my ignition when he couldn't make my door key he made so many excuses and say that he wasn't going to be able to make a door key when I asked for my refund he reply he wasn't going to get it back because he had taken to long. I will never recommend this company.

  Horrible customer service. They were rude to multiple customers in the time I was in their office, refused to help a customer from the previous week because they did not have there receipt on hand. After witnessing how they treated their previous customers and not liking how they spoke to me I decided to cancel my order and then they refused to give me my keys until I went and stood at their shop doors. They did not like this and decided to only then give my keys back acting like they refused my business when I had asked multiple times for my keys back.

  Terrible service they did not fix or help anything but make it worse my truck did not want to start nor does it not want to lock my doors to my truck and left a huge mess all I needed Was to get my steering wheel unlocked and they installed an ignition that I did not need just needed a extra key and took 250 and did not want to help after the fact and they left the job as is did not put covers back

  This place is a JOKE! From the unprofessional lady in the front to the poor excuse of an owner. Charged me for a full service but gave me everything but that. Now I'm having to pay another company to do what they should have done from the start. They kept pushing me back because they kept ordering the wrong part. I was told that the dealership would take over a month to get the part they needed but it took me 2 days to get it from the dealer. Once i provided them with the part they asked a secondary part. I have now been without a vehicle for 2 1/2 weeks. This image will show how they left my vehicle.
