Tomorrow! Don't miss this special Breathe and Relax session to release the dense energy of stress, fatigue and overwhelm and replace them with the higher frequency energies of peace, love and joy. It's all about letting go into blissfulness, using the breath and high vibration music to renew you at cellular level. This is a deliciously simple practice where the focus is on simply "being".

In this year of the Goddess, it's so important to lead with the intuitive mind. Sometimes we remember, sometimes we forget and sometimes life is moving so fast we get stuck in the doing mode of the logical mind. This event is a chance to have fun hanging out in the intuitive mind!

A clear, concise explanation of the yoga I teach by one of my teachers:

"Need a low down on the features of different styles of yoga? I teach classical Hatha yoga which focuses on integral development of the faculties of the mind, body and spirit. Hatha yoga utilises the body/mind/prana or energy link working with this network to balance, purify and expand the dimension of energy. It heightens self awareness and instils meditative principles. Because of its health benefits many people with injuries or physical conditions utilise this form of yoga to prevent and cure illness and to promote wellbeing. It is an accessible style catering to all levels and conditions. The relaxation and inner awareness experienced makes it an effective preparation for meditation and other mindful techniques." Ha! Every nation needs this kind of leader! 😄 but it's not about the pose (though that's great too!) it's about yogic perspective.
