  Hey All! You’re going to have a little extra fun in Barre class tomorrow! Courtney Dunlop and Clay Richard are co-instructing to give you a taste of some ballet toning movements, targeting your Glutes, legs and back. Note: no dance moves will be incorporated into this class. This is a great opportunity for anyone who hasn’t taken our Ballet Fit class to get a feel of what it’s about!
