  I thought it was supposed to be hot and ready? Every time I come here I hear, "it's gonna be about 10 minutes.". I'm going somewhere else

  I placed an order through their app. Said it would be ready at 5:42. Got there about 10 minutes later and the order was still not ready. I asked again at 6 if my order was ready and was told that he would go get the manager. I left the store at 6:15 without ever seeing the manager and without the pizza I had already paid for. Will never go back and don't recommend this place.

  i love this location . my favorite and nothing better . i do not like pizza but some reason this is the only pizza i will eat keep doing great

  I ordered my food online, get to the store to be told they didn't receive it and asked if I was st the correct store...I was. Not to mention the young man at the front counter did not look professional at all, nor did any of the other men in the store including the manager. I showed them my order online and the recipet and they continued to ignore me and say that it wasn't ordered...then why am I showing you my recipet? They continued to ignore it. so, considering I didn't even get food and now wasted money that I will have to deal with tomorrow, it was a waste of time and horrible customer service.

  Bad customer service! About five teenage boy employees were standing around talking, while only a few were in the back doing their job. I ordered two pepperonis and crazy bread and waited around 15-20 minutes, while two people who came in after me got their pizzas and crazybread and left! I thought pepperoni pizzas were supposed to be hot and ready??!! Maybe there would have been a lot of pizzas hot and ready if the boys in the front were actually doing their job!! I wonder how many more minutes I would have waited had I not stepped up and complained! After my complaint, I was given my order right away, which means it was ready for who knows how long! Horrible experience! I will NEVER return to this location!!!

  I always regret going to this place. They have the worst customer service and they have the slowest workers in town...their wait times are beyond ridiculous! They need new management.

  I really enjoyed a food it's a great price for a great product everyone there is super nice and I feel very welcome there and I have never been disappointed

  They typically do not have a lunch special or a cheese hot and ready ready to go but they are pretty quick and I can normally be in and out in under 10 minutes. The pizza is typically pretty fresh when they do have them ready to go. There has been an improvement within the last few months as they have more ready to go. Be sure to call ahead if you want anything other then a single standard pep.

  Just went in to order crazy bread something very easy and they told us they ran out of "stuff" to make crazy bread so they aren't selling any. Seriously. This is the absolute worst little caesars ever. Id rather drive across town to get a simple bag of breadsticks.

  EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE. Great people and great food. This great staff didn't even know it was my birthday dinner and did everything to make my night perfect.
