  Fantastic people, fantastic place! A couple years back we received a pool as a gift. The pool was purchased/installed through Great Escapes so naturally we continued to go there for questions, help, supplies. Unfortunately I always left GE frustrated and more confused. Last year I ran into Litehouse to look for something quickly and was so amazed at the level of service they provided. I walked away looking forward to returning and immediately stopped going to GE for anything. When I go to Litehouse I always need help (never had a pool prior to this), always have questions and they have always taken the time to go over everything with me, offer suggestions and often save me money with a less expensive option. Hats off to the team at Litehouse Pools in Aurora (Bainbridge), Ohio!!!
