I am pleased to offer individual, marital, and family therapy in the offices of Sheehan Counseling Center and, on a more limited basis, Thomas Neuropsychology, both of which are located in Tupelo, MS. While my primary theraputic orientation is based on cognitive- behavioral principles, I tailor my approach to meet the needs and goals of each individual, while capitalizing on their strengths. I strive to develop a therapeutic relationship with my clients that encourages exploration, insight, and growth to provide them with the skills they need to improve the quality of their lives.
