Mechanics do not look professional and were not competent mechanics on my Blazer. I did not have a good experience. The manager handles himself well and is reassuring. He is about the only good thing there. The mechanics look like hacks. In fact they had to work on my Blazer a couple of times to get it fixed. Also, the front, left side wheel bearing was bad. I drove it off and it had not been fixed. I was not aware that it needed repair but they could have let me know that it needed repair. Their repair fees were high. I went somewhere else to get the bearing fixed.

New Manager - Great Staff & Service!
This place developed a 'not so great' reputation in the past for not being very personable (namely, the previous store manager)
Ownership decided to change store managers last year & you definitely notice a big difference in EVERY WAY!
Very friendly, upbeat, easy to work with & offer great options to fit your needs (and budget). In the past this place wasn't as personable & helpful but you can tell they've made some great changes & it's paying off!
I saved over $250 on my new tires versus my other estimates & it was well worth it. I highly recommend giving these guys a shot (or second chance if you had a bad experience in the past)

We take all our vehicles to Linder and have never had a single problem at any time. We have even gone in with a vehicle problem here or there, expecting something significant and found out it was minor. They have never once exaggerated any repairs or issues we've had and have always given us the best service and customer service we could hope for. I will absolutely never go anywhere else.

The best customer service I've ever had! Went here to get a tire fixed and then got stranded in Cedar Rapids, they went above and beyond to make the situation right and get my car working again. They don't try to upscale you a lot of other car shops do. I will definitely be continuing to come to Linder Tire for my car needs in the future.
