  Great employees and friendly environment but the food is extremely cheap tasting. Most of the food is frozen (easy to tell since they cook it in front of you in the bar) with exceptions being burgers (no seasoning) which don't taste very good, chicken salad I think is homemade and is sometimes ok, barbeque which I recommend staying away from and crab cakes which I have not tried but heard is decent. One plus is the food isn't to high in price but u get what u pay for.
  Edit: Wow the religious stuff in here is mind blowing, in that why put it on display. You offend some by putting it up and they now have a sign saying if it offends you please leave. Why put it up in the first place if you think it would offend people. There is a time and place for that stuff, best thing to do is keep it to yourself or not and lose business and show your lack of intellect.

  I have been eating at Linda's diner for more years than I care to count, and the ladies work magic with a grill. Keeping in the mind it is just a small diner I don't believe Mathews could survive without it. The ladies are great and quick to put you back in your place if you get out of line or forget your manners. All I can say if you want to see small town America at its very best Linda's diner is well worth the experience.
