I noticed the rim of my styrofoam cup looked a kinda beat up before I took a drink. Finding a small and relatively unblemished area on the rim I began doing some drinking tests, letting my upper teeth touch as I normally would. Surprise! I’d left very similar marks in the styrofoam that resembled the others present before I took a drink. My analysis is that the restaurant reuses styrofoam cups they retrieve from the trash.

Also agree with other comments concerning Ms. Pissed Off behind the counter.

Honestly their food is good but the atmosphere is horrible I have been many times and one owner walks around like she is mad at the world. Just not welcoming at all. They treat kids like parisites. It's known they don't like children. The last time I was there, there was some kids hanging around outside and the owners were total jerks to them yelling at them and taking pictures of them the kids were not doing one thing to them or their restaurant. Maybe that is why they do a lot of takeout.

For the price we pay there was no salad or a soup. on any other restaurant the soup and the salad is included in the price. owner do not have smile on his face but I'm not here to see the owner. So I am only giving three stars because the food was okay.

Excellent Chinese cuisine! The lo mein is my favorite.. but when I'm cutting carbs I go for the chicken wings and the Seafood Egg Drop soup !!! - the best you've ever tasted

Lin and Kaytek are the owners and they have been in this same location for almost 20 years. I've been coming here for almost as long and have had a consistently great experience. I'd recommend the pot stickers, snowflake soup, and the Mongolian Beef. Something I like is that you can order anything on the menu and ask that it be made more spicy or less spicy. I've observed the owners to always be polite and accommodating to their guests.

One of our favorite restaurants
It's hard to understand people complaining about the owners they have always been friendly with a good sense of humor and are appreciative of our business. The food is our gold standard for Chinese food. We've not found anything to complain about. Good ambience, too. We really like this restaurant and the owners.

I've only encountered a handful of miserably rude business/restaurant owners in my life and the owners of Lin's Chinese topped the cake. No sense of customer service, became ornery with a customer over a simple question and about a substitution and began to cuss the poor woman out and then kicked her out of the restaurant They never greet you as you come in. The food is average but it doesn't make up for how awful the owners are. They have no passion or desire to preserve the integrity of their business.

Owner is rude. When asking for an extra glass he said no, we asked do you want our business or not, he said no you can leave and we were the only people in the restaurant. good luck staying in business with that kind of attitude.

My wife and I have been going to Lins for years since they first opened and we love the food and the amazing staff especially the owners they are always nice and the wonton soup in my opinion is the best in the northeast metro Atlanta area.

This is my favorite Chinese Restaurant in the Alpharetta area. The food is extremely flavorful and always very fresh. The hot and sour soup is the best you will find in the Atlanta area. If you are anywhere near the Windward area, try it for yourself. The owners have always been pleasant to us, but the Wait staff could be a little friendlier.
