There is nothing more annoying then checking online to see that the store is open until 8pm driving to the location getting there at 5:50 finding out the store closes at 6pm and they closed 10 min early. I was in desperate need of a dress for engagement photos and today was the only day I could drive from Walpole to the cape to find the perfect Lilly dress and this store let me down emensley with its customer care. If you close at 6 don't lock the doors until 5:59 I understand you want to get home but it's called customer service for a reason! I needed your help and understanding today and you failed me Lilly.
