Every time you are in this place. The women are so rude and do not want to help. They constantly tell you there is nothing they can do, when right next door at the titling department they send you there and tell you, no problem they can do it. But you walk next door and it's always a "no". Any other BMV. No problem.

Very friendly staff, we had fun at our visit. The largest part of our visit was waiting for the computer system to start. The staff talked about local dining we may enjoy, and places to visit while we wait. Surprisingly no line, take that 90s comedians.
