  No one ever wants to hear the panic inducing words “your child has lice”. You automatically start to feel itchy all over! But Nikki at LCA can make it all go away! Her warm personality will make you feel at ease. She will give you the facts about lice and give you the options for removal that work best for your situation.
  I am so grateful that she was able to see us so quickly and send us home bug free! I highly recommend her services.

  LCA - Rock Hill provided our family with excellent customer service. The office is very clean and the owner (Nicole) was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Furthermore, she made herself available on Easter which speaks volumes, we’re so thankful for that. We opted for the full treatment for our Daughter and got 3 additional family checks and highly recommend their services. Thank you LCA!!

  I could not have been happier with our experience!!! First of all, they got us in immediately without having to wait days for an appointment and we were in and out in no time! The office was extremely clean and very private. The owner was very caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable! She made us feel completely comfortable and we were truly treated like family! She had a complete understanding of our needs, and didn’t try to sell us services that weren’t necessary or needed. She gave us her undivided attention, took time snd care with each one of our family members, and explained the entire process thoroughly and completely before each process was completed. Put simply, she was AMAZING! She made a bad & uncomfortable situation, bearable and not so bad after all! I highly recommend LCA!!! I would never consider going anywhere else if the need arose in the future. A well deserved 5* review & I would give a 10* if I could! Such a great experience! Thank you again so much! You all are truly the best!!!

  Nicole is kind, gentle & made me feel as if I was home. I was referred by a friend and the way Nicole has educated me about head lice, it has given me a better outlook. Everything was amazing. The treatment process was quick, thorough and Reasonably priced. This was overall a 10/10.

  Nicole is very informative and has excellent bedside manners. She showed concern and compassion during such an embarrassing time for my family. She got rid of the lice effectively. We were in and out quickly! It's been about 2 weeks since treatment and we're in the clear! Highly recommend.
