LG is the most dishonest company I have ever encountered in 40 years in business. The PTAC units are complete garbage. Service consists of broken promises and stonewalling. I purchased a new one in September 2020 and it arrived DOA.....poor quality control and no service and a refusal to take the unit back equals corporate greed at its worst. By the way LG.... I spent 21 miserable months along the DMZ in Korea just so you could have the freedom to turn out a substandard product to rip off the US consumer with trashy products, broken promises, and lies. I want my money back. By the way there is a class action lawsuit against you for these PTAC units that are catching fire. Do yourself a favor, PLEASE DONT BUY LG PRODUCTS .I invite LG TO RESPOND.
Do not buy an LG refrigerator. The compressors go out after 1-2 years and LG will only allow an LG authorized technician to replace it under warranty. That's great if you have several in your area, but when there's only one, and all the LG fridges are having the same issue, who has 4 weeks to wait for the repair? I will never buy another LG product.
