    5 stars for the service provided for purchasing our Subaru yesterday. Michael Shin made our purchase go very smoothly. It took a little bit of explaining for us to finally wrap our heads around the Lexus plus program, but once we realized the benefits of it we strongly recommend this dealership for future car purchases. Also, thanks to Tom Ma for recommending this dealership to us.

    Although I didn’t end up buying a Lexus from these guys (used Lexus I went in for wasn’t a good fit), my experience was world class. The Sales Manager, Jeff Lewis, was very good to me and didn’t overpressure me to buy a vehicle, which was refreshing. He even followed up with me over the phone even though I didn’t buy a car, who does that?! Their facilities are incredible, and their staff is 5 Star. If I find another car their in my price range, I will be back.

    Overall we really like our vehicle. We also really appreciated Cristian our sales person. He was even helpful after in obtaining items in our trade in that we had left behind. However our overall experience was not stellar. When you are purchasing a 70k car you expect to have significantly better performance of the staff on completing your sale in a timely manner. We went in on our day off. Granted it was Black Friday. My husband works 50-60 hours per week. So days off are cherished. Purchasing a vehicle should not take 8hours. I don’t know where the break down was but either way it was absolutely unacceptable. After 8hours there we didn’t feel we got anymore information on the vehicle we purchased other than what we already knew from our personal research. I feel that when you are spending so much money the service better be beyond reproach

    We were first time buyers of luxury car and settled on getting a Lexus RX. Tom Ma at Lexus of Bellevue was our contact. Tom did a great job in assisting us with picking car of our choice and color. Tom was able to get us a discount based on a RX sales event from previous day. Tom was also patient working through mortgage application. Our vehicle had some customization to be done and he also managed to get us loaner car and was in touch through out the process until we got license plates. We had a great delivery experience as well. Thank you!

    Had a first class experience at a fabulous dealership--Lexus of Bellevue. Tom Ma is a top notch sales person who let us take our time assessing options and was always there to offer feedback and answer questions. He is a class act and was an absolute pleasure to work with. The financial people were also highly competent and so easy to work with while answering questions about lease vs. purchase options. Of course, the best news is that we love our new RX450 Hybrid. It's such a luxurious, well-appointed and safe SUV. It drives like a dream and we couldn't be happier with our choice of car and dealership.

    Service provided was excellent and as promised. Everyone was cordial and helpful. Kyle clarified questions I had. Job was completed on time. Although I was not told till I arrived at the company that there was a recall that they would conduct to check the brakes; that added an hour to the service time. I should have been informed of that added time before I arrived in case I needed to make other arrangements. Luckily, I had made plans that covered the additional time and so had no problem.

    Simple, fast, efficient! The store is so huge and beautifully done. Best in Bellevue for sure!

    Jeanette was a pleasure to work with. She was patient and quick in getting us into a new NX on lease. Plenty of follow ups after the purchase as well.

    Would love to come in here for repeat business as long as Lexus continues to make cars we love!

    I expected exceptional service at Lexus of Bellevue and Tom Ma exceeded these expectations. He went above and beyond to make my experience a dream. He made the process stress free and enjoyable. I could not thank him enough for his help in buying the perfect car for me. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff all greeted me with smiles. I felt like a celebrity.     So thankful for the low pressure, professional and friendly service I received from Thanh Do. Unlike any dealership and sales associate I've dealt with before. He is top of the line, knowledgeable and made the whole process pain free and actually fun. I also appreciated his follow up calls to inquire if I had any questions and if I received my new plates. Amazing service!!!!

    I bought a new Lexus CT200h hybrid from Lexus of Bellevue which I love! and can honestly say it was a great experience all the way from the time I walked in the door till the time I left with my new car! My sales consultant Christian Toaca was excellent and helped me get exactly what I wanted and on terms I wanted. I shopped around and researched quite a bit and the pricing at Lexus of Bellevue is great. The entire staff I worked with along with Christian were very nice, knowledgeable and professional. And the follow up calls are nice. I feel as though they are really here for me.

    I have an old 2004 model. I thought having an older Lexus would lack benefits and be too expensive but beyond regular service, I rarely have large repairs. They always treat me like I have a new model and do not sell or push unnecessary things. Extremely kind and courteous staff. Repairs are super convenient to handle... they either give a loaner so you can continue your day, drive you to/from work, or for short service/repair work you can wait in their comfy Wi-Fi enabled lounge and watch TV or do work that sort of thing... free coffee and usually cookies, etc. They work with you given your individual needs. I give these guys very high marks!

    I have purchased over 10 cars from dealerships over my lifetime and this was the first time I walked away actually insulted and shocked at the turn of events. I went to the dealership interested in buying a specific car - show up, initiate the process for a test drive including giving them access to my current car for a valuation. While on the test drive, they sold the car I was in to another potential buyer, something I still can't believe was possible. They were nice enough to tell me the trade in value of my car though...

    When I asked how this is possible they informed me the other buyer had looked at it yesterday and called this morning expressing an interest to buy, but the buyer was no where to be seen when I showed up and even on the internal system the car was still listed as available to purchase. Can't help but feel as soon as I walked in, another salesman called the other potential buyer and informed them to make a move or lose it, to which they did, causing me to be the one burned.

    Not sure if this is a regular event for car buyers, but I have never seen it, and don't know of anyone who has been in a similar situation. Based on my experiences, I would recommend buyers look elsewhere since this dealership clearly doesn't care about the customer experience.

    Follow up post: Despite the ups and downs with the initial interaction with the customer service, Burt did an awesome job with providing a great experience to my parents at the end of today. No matter how rough the start may be, the customer service here will try their best to help you leave the place with a smile. Great job, Burt.

    Yesterday I had the absolute JOY of picking, yes picking, my brand new Lexus NX 200t. I'm talking exterior color, interior color (can you say awesome) and options! Every one I wanted!! I love Lexus Plus because you know right from the get go what your price is! My sales guy, Matthew Beck, answered my endless questions with a smile! Can't wait to pick it up!! Road trip in the planning! Thank you Matt (and a little extra thank you to Kevin too)

    I walked away feeling a little cheated after a transaction (a new car purchase plus a trade-in) I made about two weeks ago with the dealership. I voiced my concern, and, to my surprise, the general manager Jason Vena called me to set things right. It turned out to be a little misunderstanding, but Jason still went out of his way to make sure I am completely happy with the transaction. I was extremely satisfied with both the quick resolution and total transparency in the way they do business.

    I would like to give a special shout-out to my sales consultant Scott Wilson and his team for their endless patience. Scott and his team really want you to take the time to make your decision without pressuring you into closing the deal. During the entire purchase experience, I never felt rushed, and Scott and his team would answer every little question I had about various models and features. I was very happy that Scott was able to find the exact car that I like, and he had to special order my dream car from another dealership. :D

    Overall, I am very impressed with this dealership. I have purchased three cars from this dealership in about seven years, and I expect a long and fruitful relationship with Lexus of Bellevue.
