  As a new resident to Hawaii, Lex Brodies and their excellent professional staff assisted me immensely with getting my safety check completed correctly as I had a small crack in my windshield and had to get it replaced. Lex Brodies Waipahu will be the only place I take my rig for service. Thanks for the great experience! They even put my plates on while I waited!

  I stopped by Lex Brodie's at Waipahu after I was quoted $800+ to replace my brake pads and rotors, and to flush out my brake fluids by a different store.
  
  To my surprise, Lex Brodie's told me they can replace my brake pads and reshape my rotors for a fraction of the price and they even have a special deal going on now for $289+tax.
  
  Thank you Lex Brodie's for being honest and not trying to rip me off like the other guys! You guys are awesome!!!

  Staff was nice, but never been to a tire shop that was unwilling to dismount a set of tires ("used") and mount them on another set of wheels... citing their store policy. Do you guys not fix peoples' flat tires? Just make em buy a new one?

  Great service, nice waiting room, and excellent staff. They were happy to discuss their work, and after they took my poor little insurance salvaged beach car, pointed all the wheels back in the proper direction, and straightened my steering wheel, it drove wonderfully for the first time since I bought it. This was my second visit here, and my second time being very happy with their professionalism. Thanks, folks!

  Updating original post. After leaving a review I was contacted by Lex Brodies. Through several emails with upper management (who were very resonable), the issue was resolved. Glad to see how much the upper management cares about their customers and takes the time to follow up with them.

  Come in and spend over $1600 on new tires, rotation, and balancing (tires are great). Driver rear tire was flat and driver front tire had a pinhole so naturally the tire pressure sensor light was one. Once all work is complete, driver front tire pressure sensor no longer works. Schedule an appointment for the following week, under the assumption that fixing the pressure sensor would be free seeing that it worked fine when I brought it in for servicing. Yet when I arrive, they still try and charge me over $100 to replace the sensor because "there is no way they could have damaged the tire pressure sensor when changing the tires".
