  The people that work at this store are super nice and extremely helpful! I’ve been here multiple times and this store has always been clean and organized. Every week it seems they have sales!!!!

  Great jeans brand! I know my style and size. Nowadays I get the same style and size at Marshalls and paying $19 instead of $40.

  We took a trip down to Houston for a couple of days and decided to stop in the shops at San Marcos. We went into the Levi's and everything was going pretty good. I hated the layout of the jeans it was so confusing and you couldn't tell which prices where for which things. We asked a gentleman about a sale that was apparently 19.99 he told us that all of the jeans on that side of the wall where marked down to 19.99. My husband picked up 2 pairs of jeans. We waited in like for about 10 to 15 min. When we finally got helped the total ended up being like 85 dollars. I explained to the ladywhere those jeans were located and that thats not the price that was on them. She told me that the guy who was helping us was new and that he didn't know what he was saying. Everytime I tried to talk she would speak over me. I asked for a manager and she said that she was that assistant manager and said that the other one was on a "call." I know that people make mistakes and thats jot a problem, but as a manager I would expect and apology and try to go out of yor way to ensure that you have a happy customer. I'm very disappointed and will never be returning to that outlet.
