I have needed help with my furnace twice now. The first time I initially called a large, nationwide retailer, who couldn't fix my problem and was going to make me and my little kids wait five days in the cold before they'd be able to put in a new furnace. I called Lenny's and they came right over and fixed the problem. They are fast, they are kind, they are more than reasonably priced, they are honest, and they get the job done.
