Took my kids and friends to bowl a few games here recently and was terribly disappointed! I paid up front for 2 games for all of us and halfway through the last game someone shut one of the lanes down. My friend went up to see why and they said we didn't pay enough and he paid another $12. I went up after him to get an explanation and was told they had already explained it and it was taken care of. When I probed further, I was told by the young man behind the counter that he didn't know what to tell me. I then asked for the manager or whomever was in charge. Shortly, a gentlemen returned to the counter and the young man said, with an eye roll, I was from lane 19 and 20 again. The gentleman, whom I assume was the manager, pulled $12 from the register and threw it on the counter. No explanation, no apology for their rude behavior, nothing. At least he gave the $12 back.
Customer service does not seem to be a high priority with this establishment. Maybe they don't need to treat customers right since they have the only alleys in town. Next time, I will drive a little further to give my money to a business that appreciates it.response / report this review -

guarantee all these reviews about great service are fake, worst service i've ever received, first off, they tried to kick us out because they wanted to close at 11pm even though it says open till 12am, prices are ridiculous, and when we asked to use bumpers because my friends are bad bowlers, they refused saying that we were "to old" (18-22)
