  I was not happy with the charge for two hair cuts. The lady charged me $43.00 for two dry cuts. One hair cut only took 5 minutes and only cutting off the dead ends. The other one was also a dry cut taking about 15 minutes and only cutting the dead off. Neither had styling or a wash. Very disappointed in the price of the dry cuts. The lady acted like she didn't know what to charge us at the end and she knew I was shocked at the price. We will not go back there!

  I was here earlier today and i was not happy with the outcome of my hair. It was completely uneven and my bangs were screwed. I had to go to ANOTHER hair place and have another few inches cut from my hair, and, my bangs look weird. Ive been here a couple of times before for a trim and it turned out great. Just extremely disappointed this time.

  I went here a few months ago and asked for the underside of my hair to be bleached and dyed Carmel. The woman that did my hair didn't know what she was doing and she processed bleach in my hair twice trying to achieve a Carmel color and when I asked her if she was going to put color in my hair after bleaching she acted confused thinking just bleaching my hair would make it that Carmel color I asked for. So I left with a blonde-orange color of hair, told her it was fine because I'm too nice to complain. Once I got home I realized they left dried bleach in my hair. I called and complained to the manager but they wouldn't do anything so I wasted $75 here for them to ruin and fry my hair! Would not ever recommend to anyone you are better off going anywhere else!
