  We worked with Morgan McQueen to create a Trust and other documents (will, living will, POA, healthcare surrogate, etc.) She is knowledgeable and took the time to understand our concerns and patiently answer many questions. She reviewed each document in detail with us and explained them in layman’s terms. We were pleased that Legacy Protection Lawyers (LPL) does not charge a fee for the initial consult meeting. They offer the package of estate planning documents at a flat rate so we knew exactly what to expect. We were able to review and provide changes online without need for additional trips to the LPL office. Upon our signing of the final documents, we were provided a binder with all documents as well as access to the LPL secure portal where our documents are also stored. We highly recommend Morgan and the LPL team.

  Morgan and Bill handled our estate planning needs quickly and thoroughly. They explained our options and supported our decisions. It's clear they have a lot of experience and they guided us to consider circumstances we had not thought of. The whole experience was refreshingly simple and fun. Yes, fun. We look forward to them handling our estate needs until the end.

  Working with Bill, Morgan and their team on our estate plan was a great experience. They took the time to answer all of our questions in terms we could understand, and they were albe to get everything prepared in the short amount of time we had available. The up-front pricing structure was a refreshing change from other attorneys we consulted. I highly recommend them.

  Nicole Cleland and the team at Legacy Protection Lawyers did a great job of shepherding us through the estate planning process. They truly have it down to a science! Nicole was our point person throughout, and she was consistently responsive and conscientious in answering our many questions. The execution of our final documents took place at the office, and Nicole and her staff made us feel welcome, including our young son. We know that if we need to make changes to our plan, LPL and Nicole will be there for us. We could not be happier with our Estate Planning team!

  Bill and his team are amazing to work with. We had a potentially sticky situation after our father passed away. Our father was an attorney himself and had a fairly complex will/trust set up. We decided it was best to switch from our previous estate attorney and we were referred to Bill and his team by a very trusted family attorney friend of ours. Based on Bill's advice, we asked Bill and his team re-draft the documents and include some additional protections based on changes since our dad's passing.
  
  Bill is extremely knowledgeable, communicates effectively with all parties involved and truly helped guide us to an equitable solution. We are SO glad we changed attorneys and that Bill will be taking care of the estate going forward.
