Lee's hoagies are the shit. I grew up on them. They're the best you can get. You can find better cheesesteaks, but it's hard to beat their hoagies.
Good food! Customer service is really good too. Sometimes it takes awhile to get food but that's because they get a lot of orders especially on weekends and game days. Its a little pricey but in the same coat range as other hogie places. Lots of options very fresh.
Ordered party tray for 12-15 people for Eagles first playoff game. Took it to son's in north Jersey. Set it up for guests and realized it was the wrong order. We ate it because we had no other dinner. Pretty good for being wrong! Called later in week to report error. Manager Choe didn't flinch. Told me that they recognized the screw up and gave us a full credit for a new party tray - which I picked up for the championship game against Vikings. Great food and great service. They made a mistake, took ownership of it, and made customer, me, very happy. That's the way to do business.
Lee’s Abington not only has the best hoagies and sandwiches they also have the best customer service. I placed an order online for pickup. When I went to pick it up I realized I placed it for the wrong day. They were able to accommodate me right away and fulfill my order. Even though they were extremely busy with other orders they handled mine right away. I’ve been ordering from here since the 80’s and it’s always been great. Never go anywhere else for hoagies.
The usual guy that's there making hoagies was not there today. And It reflected in every way by my hoagie being made upside down all condiments on the bottom, meat on top sloppily made. Request one sandwich to go the other to eat in both were prepared to go. Consistency sometimes is the key to success in food preparation. Wasn't happy today with my experience. The one star is for the consistency in freshness of the ingredients 👎👎👎
