We are accepting new patients and look forward to serving your women's health care needs.
Lynsey Smith is an incredible health provider! Her bedside manner and compassion are a standard every medical professional should meet. From the moment she steps in the room to the moment she leaves, you know you are cared for and valued as a patient but also just as a human being. She goes above and beyond in every way.
This is the slowest office on planet earth. Be prepared to be there for two hours for your 30 second doctor appointment. And if you need to call the nurse for any questions, they will take their sweet time calling you back because they’re too busy with the patients they’ve over booked. Don’t bother calling more than once either, bugging them won’t make a difference. Absolutely miserable place to go. Just go in with your expectations lower than the ground and I’m sure you’ll have a halfway decent experience.
The only positive experience here is the ultrasound tech. Very nice and informative woman.
We were referred here by my daughters pediatrician for a genetic disorder that could effect her ability to carry children should she choose later in life. They tossed birth control at her said we need and ultrasound while making me wait in the waiting room almost 2 hours. I couldn't tell you what this doctor even looks like. Not even an introduction, hey I'm the doctor who will be helping your daughter, NOTHING!
There was no discuss with me about the condition that we were referred to Dr. Birmingham for. But the birth control is already waiting at the pharmacy. If you need anything other than BC or are having a baby, please seek a different OBGYN, as a mother, I left there with more questions than answers about my daughters possible condition. Extremely unprofessional.
I’ve personally had good experiences both times I’ve come here. Rachel Brown was very quick and professional during my yearly exam. I saw Dr. Smith today for a health issue that I’ve seen 3 urgent cares over that have done nothing for me. He immediately found a solution and encouraged me to come back should it not work. The nurses who did paperwork were also very sweet and I was only there for about an hour both times.
This has been my OBGYN for over 5 years now. I used to see Dr. Marino, who was always kind every time I saw him. As of my most recent visit, I now see his NP Valerie Birmingham, who I LOVED! She was very thorough in reviewing my medical history and discussing with me any concerns regarding my health. She also answered all my questions, explained things really well/in depth and made me feel like I was in good hands!
The only negative - most of the time you do have to wait a while. Definitely be prepared for waiting and being there well over 1 to 1.5 hrs
