I have had the best buying experience at Lee Johnson. Both Jeremy and Conor have been so amazing as well as the entire sales team. I was able to select my vehicle while having my old vehicle appraised. The entire buying experience took about 2 hours from selection to signing. I’d recommend this team for all of your Chevy needs!!

I took my car in because of a check engine light. We had to replace the manifold and valve cover. I also needed a key because the switchblade keys are prone to break (thanks, Chevy). The dealership said it was around $70 for the part and $30 to program it--after I had spent over $1K. No thanks. I've been a customer service trainer for year. Have you never heard of "Give Them The Pickle"? I couldn't even get my car at a decent hour because the shuttle service stops running at 4:30.

This was already my final visit to the dealership--and then I drove my car out of town the next day to Boise. The mechanic had broken the ignition coil during his work on the valve cover. I limped to Boise as the engine sputtered, then paid for another diagnostic and service. I declined the additional $1600 service the dealership in Boise wanted to perform. Luckily, I didn't need it. Upon return to Seattle, we brought the car by the dealership (I live an hour away) with the broken part. I appreciate the service manager said they'd cover my costs from Boise and waived the $30 key programming fee. Now all I have to do is wait 3-4 weeks for a refund--even though I'm expected to pay up front.

I have done business with this dealership for years, even after I moved an hour away. I planned to continue service as my car ages, and buy a new vehicle(s) here when it was time. No longer. I can't do business with an organization that nickles and dimes its customers and doesn't compensate them for their inconvenience. I can't work with a business that doesn't put its customers in the center of their business model. I want to work with people who actually want to work with me--and who go OUT of their way to make things right, not just pay for a mistake when they get around to it.

I bought my second car after 17 years not because I wanted to but it just seems it is time. After doing some research online and requesting for quotes from dealerships (yes, I did several comparison and requests) one guy stood out among the rest. It was Mark's great customer service and assistance. I always consider that as the good sign on deciding where to buy anything - that is IF the customer service seemed in check. And when I arrived at the dealership, he immediately took care of what I wanted and helped me even got me a better deal that what I expected. I do hope Lee Johnson Auto Family recognizes the kind of work that Mark does because I'd probably turn around if that personality was missing. Definitely a great place to shop car overall.

My tail lights were not working and I was still on warranty for my Mazda C3, so I called Scott the morning of 10/30/17 at the Lee Johnson Mazda service department. Scott totally understood that this was an immediate concern for me due to legality issues of driving without tail lights. I arrived at 3:30 and he got my car in immediately. He also took care of the rear hatch seals recall paper I arrived with, saving me an extra trip. I was in and out in about 35 minutes, AND they washed my car! They completely checked my tail lights and connections, and completed the issues listed on the recall notice. With this kind of service on an emergency basis, I can only imagine the great service I would get if I actually make an appointment. Thanks Scott and your service team for your impressive service and immediate help. I will definitely return if the need arises!

We picked the exact car we wanted by checking the dealership's useful and updated inventory on their website. Before we even went to the shop, Sam provided a very competitive, final price, so we could expect what we would have. We came in the day when Sam was not in office (which we knew in advance), and were helped by Robbie. Other than some minor initial confusion, the whole process was very smooth. Robbie was very helpful and friendly, and the paperwork was done quickly. Overall, it was a very nice car purchasing experience.

They made this such an easy process. I came in today, not sure if I was going to buy a car or not. They showed me exactly what I wanted to see and answered every one of my questions with no hassle. Brian Walter was great to work with. So great that I now have a new car sitting in my parking space! Thank you and your team for being so awesome and easy to work with!

Excellent service, and you can tell this is the focus/leveraging point of the sale. The staff is excellent and very dialed in to their process. Be ready for a negotiating battle as they are a savvy professional bunch :) Some of the best overall service I have received when buying a vehicle, I do recommend Lee Johnson. Just be sure to come educated!

I bought a used car there in 2000 and everyone was very friendly. Just recently leased a 2017 Chevy Sonic and I have to say, everyone made me feel welcomed and part of the family. I'll be recommending my daughter and son-in-law to come visit when they're ready for a new/used vehicle and make that Jeremy is there to help them.

Josh Wilson has sold me two cars over the past two years, first a Mazda and then a Buick. He's knowledgeable about the vehicles, personable, and made the whole transaction a pleasant one on both occasions. After coming home with the Buick I noticed a strange noise only when making specific turns > 90 degrees. We hadn't noticed it on our test drive since we didn't make any u-turns. I gave the Chevy service desk a call and they took me in the next morning. Kyle Sullivan quickly set me up in a Loaner and got me on my way to work. Once the problem was diagnosed, they fixed it without charge. Altogether it was excellent service, and Kyle kept me informed throughout on what was going on and when to expect my car to be ready.

Great dealership and great service! Highly recommend them for new/used vehicles as well as service needs.

I am very happy from my shopping experience with Lee Johnson Chevrolet. Brian Elich was my salesperson that worked with me to find the right car for the right price. His superb customer service overpassed my expectations and I was extremely happy working with him.

Excellent job Lee Johnson Chevrolet. Keep it up!

Bought a 2017 Silverado 1500 last week, knew what I wanted, saw it online, the whole process lasted less than 2 hours. I worked with Rich who was really great, no hassle/honest, and helped me out. I got a really fair deal compared to what other deaIerships were offering, I'd been to about 6 other dealerships in the area, Lee Johnson has one of the best selections. Absolutely recommend.

Overall: Pleasant to deal with in person, but you have to be unreasonably persistent to get things from them, especially after the sale. Make sure every promise is IN WRITING!

I've got to admit that in person, they were one of the more fun dealerships to work with. The actual purchase of the car was easy. It's really everything after that where it went south. During the purchase, we agreed on them throwing in 1) a paint pen so I could cover up scratches on on this used car, 2) a spare key, and 3) a cargo mat for the trunk. They assured me that I didn't need to put these on the signed, "We Owe" sheet since they were small items and would be no problem.

The paint pen was ready when the car was. Sweet!

In the weeks that followed, I left voicemails, emails, and text messages (averaging 1-2 per week) with my salesman regarding the spare key and cargo mat and never got a return call. On the three occasions I got him on the phone, he said "let me beat up on my boss and I'll get back to you soon". He never called back. The next time I got him on the phone, he said he'd been calling the wrong number, which I doubt since I left my number in the voicemail every time and he has texts from me (which I know work because he responded to them prior to the sale).

They also said they'd call me when my license plates came in. I never heard from them. Finally, 3 days after my temporary license/permit for the car expired (which I think was ~1.5 months after the sale), I called them, asked to speak to a manager, and they said they had the plates and spare key ready.

I'm still waiting on that cargo mat.

Relatively laid back compared to other experiences I have had. I was able to take the offer home to make sure it fit with my finances without feeling super pressured to buy on the spot. Other dealerships I talked to were much more pushy (even when offering me a higher price), so I'm glad I was able to take my time to decide. In the end, I felt like I was getting a good price that I could afford, so I came back and got the car.

I do not normally write reviews for companies, but I recently purchased a Mazda 6 from Lee Johnson Mazda, and was overall very pleased with the experience. Marcus Andrews was the sales person that assisted me with my first test drive, and even though I wasn't ready to pull the trigger at the time, and only in the exploratory phase for my initial visit, he treated me as if I was ready to buy a car from him that day, in that I never got the feeling that I was wasting his time. In addition, he responded to all of my sporadic questions over the following month in a timely, professional manner.

Marcus was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I never felt pushed or rushed, and after exploring a couple of other vehicle options elsewhere, I knew the Mazda 6 was what I was after, and that Marcus was the sales person that I wanted to work with to purchase the vehicle. I recommend this dealership in general, and when you get there, ask for Marcus.
