Awesome car buying experience! Great car at a great price - no other Nissan dealership in the area could even get close to the deal I got at Leckner. Ask for salesman Garrett Wynham - professional, courteous, he'll do what it takes to make you a happy customer!

Fees, Fees and More Fees! Don't be fooled by their online pricing. We went because we thought we found a good deal on a used Honda Civic, however when it came time to make the deal they added on $2,500 in "processing fees". That was on top of the tax, title license. In all the car wound up over $3,000 more than the listed price. Then the salesperson became rude and defensive when we questioned him on it. I won't be back.

As a young and first time buyer, I had a tough time finding a dealership to offer a car that I loved and could get good financing for. Leckner Nissan really did the thing! I found an amazing used car that I love that was an even more amazing price. The used car manager Jamie Fox was one of the nicest, most helpful guys I've ever dealt with and I cannot wait to buy another car from Leckner! The finance advisor Jennifer B. was amazing! She was extremely helpful and found an amazing finance package for me. I am do grateful to Leckner - Stafford!

I called and made an offer on a vehicle. Garrett L. the salesman said he would talk to manager about offer and call me back. Today at 11:30 am I hadn't heard from him so I called him back. He didn't have an answer said he would check and call me back. I waited 2 1/2 hours and nothing. I called again, couldn't get him. So I called and asked fir a manager which I was told was busy and would call me back with-in 20 minutes. Well its been over an hour. No call back. Poor customer service. Oh and Mr. Leckner don't bother giving me the BS answer you gave all the other bad reviews you got. Don't want to talk to any of you at this point.

My transmission went out during a trip up to DC and I was fortunate enough to have ended up at Leckner Nissan. Despite very disappointing news, they were incredibly helpful, informative and efficient. They were able to turn my service around quickly. Bill - the service representative I worked with - even came in on his day off to ensure that my service was completed on time and to the highest of standards.

    * Update: August 8, 2017: The Chief Operating Officer David contacted us today.

David and I spoke briefly and he expressed his concern and stated that they would be addressing the issues raised in my review. He did not in any way ask for a change to the review and seemed genuinely concerned about the issues I raised.

While I have never had occasion to add an update or otherwise to a review, I felt it was important and notable that the COO took the time to engage. He

My experience was less that positive at Leckner Nissan.

Short of the long: added fees of almost$2,000 in addition to tax, tag and title fee's. Lack of transparency. Just didn't sit well with me.

We specifically went to Leckner as they had a specific vehicle we were interested in a the price point that matched ours, however when we arrived we found the price marked on the vehicle was several thousand more.

After discussing the discrepancy with the salesman he noted that the vehicles were negotiable. We asked for the cash price as we already had financing and the off the lot price remained above what we were looking for.

We provided our details and specifications to the dealership and were called the next morning with word that they had two vehicles that fit our needs; after making the trip over we asked for the cash price and were provided with a price that was above what we previously discussed. The proposal included almost $2,000 in costs that were in addition to tax, tags and title. When I made clear I wanted the cash price to buy that day I was told that was it, only after I reiterated my absolute price did they come back with a counter offer that was to the penny of my maximum amount.

I am all for a business making a profit and understand the negotiation process, but also feel when a customer makes clear their absolute price point there is a level of trust that should exist between the dealer and customer. Unfortunately this was not my experience and the impression I left with.

It is notable that we have visited multiple dealerships over the past few weeks and following this experience I was compelled to wrote a review that captured my impression.

After agreeing to a price and explaining that I already had a car loan lined up, I was told that I should apply for Nissan credit as they might be able to offer me a more competitive interest rate. Having been assured that it was just for comparison purposes, I signed the paperwork and proceeded to wait an hour and a half with my wife and the kids while they did all of the processing. When they finally called me back to go over the loan information, I was then informed that I had to finance with Nissan in order to get the promised price. If I wanted to go with my original loan, the cost of the car would increase by $1,000. Naturally, the Nissan interest rate was a full percentage point higher than my pre-approved loan.

It's not a matter of how much money was at stake. It's not a matter of when I could just refinance to a different loan. It's a matter of trustworthiness and respect. The moaning by the dealership folks about how I was getting such a great deal if only I signed was belied by the fact that the closest competitor matched their price within $300.

So we walked out of the dealership, and I certainly will not be returning.

Buying a car here was smooth and painless. All the added fees were explained to me before hand which was very good to know. They were pretty transparent and caring. They made sure we had a car within our monthly payment range. I will go back.

I wanted to thank my salesperson ADAM and the staff at Leckner Nissan for making my car-buying experience a very comfortable and stress-free one. You got me the car that I wanted (2011 Nissan Armada). You got me to the price and mileage that I wanted, and most importantly, you didn’t waste my time like most dealerships do. You were kind, not pushy, and seriously a joy to work with. I truly appreciate your generosity (providing me beverage) and pray for continued success with your career.

Buyer beware! They will try to rip you off- the price tag on the car and online clearly said $8450, after test driving it we decided to talk numbers. They brought out a sheet saying the car costs $10,000. The guy checked the price on the car before the test drive. How do you get that wrong?! Horrible service too, we walked in and were ignored by all the idle employees. Definitely won't be coming back, unprofessional and sleazy.

All sales departments try to get the best price, it is normal. But Leckner Nissan is really a good group of people to deal with. They work to get you the deal you want, and the prices they advertise are real. My only regret is that they are in Virginia and I am in New Jersey. When I closed with them on the car I wanted, after the deposit, they paid for the rental car there. You can't beat that, this is a great group to deal with. NOTE!!! They are an Enterprise-rent-a-car drop off point, salesman might not know, manager will. This made things so easy.

PS. Drove off the lot with Virginia temp tags when I bought it. With in a week I had the Nj plate's, registration, and pass to get inspection sticker, with a check cut for me for the money not used for licences, reg and sticker. So darn easy to buy there from NJ

Their online prices are very misleading. I was hoping to buy a vehicle they had listed for $10,994 with a $1,500 cash back offer. When we sat down with the invoice, it was almost $16,000. That's quite a difference, even with title, taxes, and fees! To make matters worse, they weren't willing to offer me anything for my trade-in because they "didn't want to offend me"... as if that in itself wasn't offensive. I am very frustrated that they wasted so much of my time. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I was just browsing for a truck when Mike Pennetta offered to assist me. He was not pushy or obnoxious at all like a lot of car sales persons I have encountered. That was one of the reasons I decided to purchase from Leckner. Mike let me go so I could check out other vehicles in the area that I had been interested in. In the end I decided to go with Mike. Mike is by far the best car sales person I have encountered. He was extremely personable! Mike went the extra mile to get my truck ready for me in a timely manner. If your are looking to shop at Leckner Nissan of Stafford I highly recommend Mike Pennetta to work with!

Great job Mike, keep it up!!!!!
