  This library features a fabulous children's book area, complete with a separate play space. The play room is stocked with toys, costumes, building blocks, tool bench and kitchen.

  It's quiet and peaceful. The librarian's are nice and helpful. There is usually alot of people here though that's why only 4 stars.

  They have books! Currently they host a game night every Thursday. 4-5pm for younger kids and 5-6pm for teens. Xbox and Wii.

  Really decent community library. Good selection of material. Also network with mini libraries around the area including Bonner Springs, Basehor, Paola and many many more. So if they don't have a book you're looking for they can have it delivered to this location. And if you check out a book and Bonner and you can return it to Leavenworth if need be.
