Rude As Hell. No customer service skills at all. I'm ready to call the BBB and file a formal complaint!!! And that's putting it lightly.

This is my favorite toys store in the area. The employees are super helpful and always friendly. Great selection of unique toys and gifts. Love this place!

A young girl named Robin waited on me--absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received.
I had 2 coupons=-=-one that was 25% off one item and another that was $10 off of $50. I went to the register with $130 worth of merchandise. I gave her both my coupons and said I would like to use both. She rang it up and then only let me use the 25% off one item so she ran a credit and returned everything else. She said it must be a separate visit. So I said, fine put the rest on the counter, I will take the one item to my car and return for the rest. There were no dates for usage on coupons. She did not give me a gift receipt even though I asked for one and never offered to gift wrap. She was just rude.
I paid and returned for the rest in about 5 minutes. She put everything back on the shelf. I said "I told you I was coming right back" She said Company policy. She was just being belligerent.
I then walked through and picked up everything again--I half considered just walking out but they were Christmas items.
This time I walked to the counter and an older woman with blond hair helped me. I think she saw what the other clerk did. She could not have been nicer. She wrapped everything. Put in gift receipts and taped in charms. She was great but I still had a sick feeling in my stomach from the customer service and abusive behavior of robin who is probably about 18 years old and needs lessons in customer service.response / report this review
