Federal Court finally rules on EEO-1. Important dates: May 31, EEO-1 race, ethnicity and sex information must be reported July 15 - Anticipated date that EEO-1 Portal will open for additional reporting September 30, EEO-1 pay data based on race, ethnicity and sex has to be reported Need help filing your EEO-1, we can help! #HRPro #YourHRPro
