Sooo, I scheduled to have my dog groomed but when I got there, they asked me if my dog had any medical issues. He’s been in “heart failure” for 4 years, I told them so, they told me they could not groom him. However, I did see a poodle leave while I was there and it looked FABULOUS! I’m going to go ahead and give them 3 stars, but I hope they read this and screen people over the phone for such issues. I would have happily signed a waiver or something, that might be something for them to consider. Anyway, I wasted my time and my dog didn’t get groomed which was annoying, however, like I said, that poodle looked awesome!
