I represent Associations, owners and developers in all aspects of community association law, including enforcement of covenants and restrictions, collection of assessments, filing liens and foreclosure of liens, arbitration of disputes, recall Petitions, elections and general advice and counsel to Boards of Directors. I also defend owners against Association actions to illegally enforce Rules and Regulations, illegal fines, suspension of use rights and voting rights, and in other cases and disputes. For Developers, I create condominiums by drafting the Declaration of Condominium and other governing documents, including condominium conversions, for residential, office, warehouse and mixed-use properties.
