Stephen Parsons office handled my real estate closing in 2015 and did an excellent job. It was a difficult closing with an out of state lender, and the closing kept getting moved around on a holiday weekend. This proved very stressful for me as I juggled movers, utility hook ups, work and children . Parsons office was very accommodating and made things so much easier. They were very professional and I would refer them to anyone.

We recently hired Stephen Parsons to handle our closing on a new home purchase in DE. We moved from the Midwest so we really needed someone who could walk us through the process and stay on top of all the details. From beginning to end we were very impressed with Steve and his excellent staff. They worked hard for us and the settlement was a breeze! My uncle has late stage dementia and a friend of his took advantage of his condition. He took him to this law firm where they signed papers transferring my uncle's beach property into this crook's name for $1
Stephen Parsons law firm never should have allowed this to happen because my uncle is incompetent to understand anything. I have now hired a lawyer and spending thousands of dollars. Stephen Parsons firm is a shady practice my lawyer showed medical records, doctor report,etc and they still would not cooperate. They will pay for their negligence.response / report this review
