  Ms Vanderkooi helped me correctly file for benefits from the VA for my elderly father and mother about 5 years ago. It was a mountain of paperwork and overwhelming. Everyone I spoke with there was so pleasant and professional. I recently called again with questions and just as before they got back with me immediately. The compassion and respect she has for our Veterans comes through in her voice as well as her paralegals and staff. I could not have had a better experience. Thanks again Ms. Vanderkooi and staff.
