Nothing in this place is good! Not the management, not the techs, especially ANN! She sucks all around. Rushed both the regular pedicure and INCOMPLETE UV GEL FILL IN. Extra cost, no explanation! Suck

TERRIBLE nails and WORSE customer service. I got my nails done here and 2 days later they were a complete mess. They did not offer to re-do my nails even though I was a dissatisfied returning customer

The first time I had a pedicure by someone who isn't Kathy - the woman cut me twice. When I told her to please stop because it hurt she kept digging into the cut. This ultimately ruined my experience.
