    Great experience and good selection. Purchasing a car has never been easier! Great selection to choose from. The only issue was that our vehicle never came with a manual, but they will reimburse us to purchase a replacement.

    We had the pleasure of having Vincent Djarbeng help us find the perfect car! He is such a sweet man and had out best interest in mind. We highly recommend him to future buyers and will use him in the future. Kudos to Laurel CarMax for the smoothest car transaction we have ever had.

    My journey began with a phone call, the salesman that answered my call was, Levin Lee. Levin Lee knew I was on the hunt for a Honda Accord, well, that didn’t go over so well. I just didn’t like it, it wasn’t me. So I asked Mr. Lee if I could just walk the lot, he said “ there are 1500 cars to choose from, GO!” So I went. I found myself standing in front of the Ford Fusions. I asked to test drive one. One became 2. I fell in LOVE with my 2013 Ford Fusion! Mr. Lee helped me all the way through my car buying process! He was so helpful and carrying to my needs and knew what my price range was. He even let me keep my old car at the dealership till I come back for it. I love my new car and I’m so happy that Levin Lee helped me find the perfect car! He truly is one of the kindest salesman ever!!!

    I was very pleased with my experience selling my car here. Albert was extremely friendly and helpful. I was skeptical about the "no hassle" guarantee and expected to be treated differently because I wasn't buying a car but that was not the case. They offered $400 more than the dealer offered for a trade-in and I walked out with a check!

    Overall, my experience with CarMax in Laurel was professional and pleasant. I had an idea of the type of SUV I wanted to purchase, but also wanted to stay within my price range. My customer rep, Hubert, was very patient with me and helped me to secure a Nissan Rogue in my price range. I actually came to CarMax about 3 times and he took the time with me to test drive the vehicles I was interested in, in below freezing temps! When I found the vehicle I wanted, it had to be transferred to the Laurel location, which worked out fine--it was there the next day! My only problem was that Nissan had only a few of the vehicles I wanted on their lot so, of course, I had to pay a transfer fee--which was minimal. CarMax appraised my vehicle for trade in a matter of minutes. I love love love the haggle free process. Once I had signed all the paperwork and drove off with my vehicle, I had a question on the finance papers. When I called back to the finance department to get an explanation, no one there was able to explain how they came up with the finance charge. Not good!! Besides this issue, I was pleased with my CarMax experience. I will definitely go back to them, but will get an explanation of paperwork before I leave the premises--my mistake!

    My experience at CarMax in Laurel was expedient due to the systematic process of finding , testing and financing a vehicle. The service was excellent during each step of the process. The staff was knowledgeable and the customer service was on point with a grade A. I would definitely recommend going to the CarMax in Laurel.

    We had a great experience at CarMax in Laurel. They made it so easy! Great selection of cars, helpful and friendly sales staff and no haggling on the price. We picked out a car, signed the paperwork and drove off with the car and permanent tag in less than 3 hours! We would definitely go back (to buy or sell a car) and recommend CarMax in Laurel to our friends.

    GREAT EXPERIENCE! Shout out to Kendrick and Lee who helped my wife get her 2015 Nissan Juke at a good price. Very professional and straightforward. We were in and out in less then 2 hours, and that's including two test drives! I will definitely recommend this location to others.

    We have bought 4-5 cars from CarMax over the last 8 years, and have always been completely satisfied with the entire experience. We always receive high end KBB values on our trade-in vehicle, and the price of the vehicle we are purchasing is consistently a fair market price. The transaction is clear and efficient; and the staff are all courteous, competent and professional. I will continue doing business with CarMax and always recommend it to my friends and family!

    I walked into this CarMax to buy a car I had transferred from another facility and with a decent down payment/great credit. The person who was supposed to help me didn't show up and it took 30 minutes and a phone call between two salespeople on my personal cell phone to get someone. The person who finally did agree to help me wouldn't show me any cars besides the one I had transferred and started calling other customers to discuss their financing while I was sitting in the office filling out paperwork. At one point, I was sitting doing nothing while waiting for him to finish telling a guy he couldn't get the monthly payment he wanted.

    When I finally did get everything filled out, the facility hadn't detailed the car. There was still dog hair from the previous owner in the back seat and gunk in the cup holders. Two days later I realized the windshield had a chip and had to take it back to get it repaired, which took a week. While it was there, they promised to detail it. When I got there to pick it up, they hadn't detailed it because the order "wasn't written inside the box the service person reads." It was written next to it. They offered to do it if I could leave it for three more days and, after demanding a manager, they finally authorized a mobile detailer to come do it at my convenience, which was helpful but still meant spending my Saturday morning dealing with something that they had two separate opportunities to do.

    The one saving grace was the sales manager who helped me sort out the chip in the windshield. He also asked the service department to prioritize my car (they originally weren't even going to look at it for the first week they had it). He was appalled at how the sales person had treated me and did his best to get things sorted out, which is why I gave the facility a 2.

    This was absolutely my best car buying experience. While there were many choices on the lot, none were quite what I was looking for. My husband and I considered a vehicle that could be shipped to this location. The salesperson checked further and realized that one meeting my specifications had just come in, but it had not yet been inspected. The salesperson promised to have it checked out immediately and to contact us within a couple of hours. We got the call as promised. The salesperson said that the buying process would take about 45 minutes and it did. The woman who reviewed the contract with us was thorough and very pleasant. We are very happy about the decision.

    Every car sold here is far above market price and the gimmick is it is no haggle pricing. Every other dealers web price will be cheaper then carmax. If you don't want to haggle the best prices are usually online, just go anywhere else and offer the online price. If you want to sell a car to them without buying a new one expect to get ripped off too. I was told I had frame damage on a truck I bought new and had for 10 years accident free. Then told it didn't effect the offer though. Their overhead costs are so high they don't make a profit buy offering great deals, they do it by buying cars as low as possible and selling them as much as possible. And unlike a typical dealer where you could say that doesn't seem right, can someone reevaluate, you are stuck with whatever price an overworked employee guesses that moment. I felt ripped off by the price they offered me for my car and the price they wanted to sell me a car for. And I couldn't dispute it. Never going back.

    My experience buy my 2014 Corvette was great. I had it transferred form another location and was very happy with the car when I arrived to take delivery. My sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable.
    Shout out to my Business Office Associate, Shanita Jones who made the paperwork a piece of cake to get through. I've purchased and sold many cars to CarMax and by far, this was the most pain free experience yet.
    I am very happy with my new Toy!!!!!!!!

    I had a beautiful experience, I was treated as a queen. The sales associate is a good listener and wasn't in an hurry, I gave him idea of what I wanted even though I wasn't too sure of what I want. He patiently gave me different options. I so so love my experience at carmax Laure. The salesman Hubert is such a good sales person. I love my car. Will definitely recommend carmax Laure to my friends. 😗

    Transferred a car here to give it a test drive. The original salesman keep me appraised throughout and notified me when it arrived. He texted to say he wouldn't be available, as he was traveling, but his colleague would be and to notify them when we were on our way.

    I did as requested and drove the 30 minutes to this location. I checked in and they told me to wait at some tables and they would be right with me. 45+ minutes later no one showed up. No one ever stopped by to see if we were being helped or anything else.

    All told I wasted 2 hours including travel time and wait at the dealership. Absolutely terrible service.

    Had to wait on the salesman for appointment. He was finishing up with another customer. Did not bother me because I knew he would take just as much time with me (and he did).No hassle or pressure in any way.Deal went smooth. Received more for my trade-in than expected. All-in all would do it again. By the way this is the second car that I brought from Carmax.

    I had the best experience, for a 47 year old first time car buyer! My Car Dealer/Salesman was absolutely the best man for me. He was kind, patient and not in any way pushy! He listened to what I wanted, and I drove out of the carmax that day with a car that filled my must haves list and what I could truly afford! I am a realistic person but we explored my "dream cars list" and found those to not be in my budget! It was such a great experience for me. I am so glad I chose this CarMax for my car needs! I will be totally recommending them to my friends!

    the sales people were great the car was awesome and I felt like the whole process was amazing. only one neg was the fact after my approval came back the down payment changed due to transferring my tags instead of getting new tags. when they run your credit ensure you tell the sale person what you want exactly. it wasn't there fault but I owed and extra $115 that I was not prepared to pay. the manager was amazing and made the deal happen regardless. Great people great product
